Who Are Qualified to Join:
All customers who send a package via Mailtag Express DHL and submit complete entry details through the official entry form.
Who Are Disqualified to Join:
Employees of Mailtag Express and its subsidiaries, employees of participating outlets, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
HOW TO JOIN
- Send a package via any Mailtag Express DHL branch nationwide.
- Fill out the official Google Form (https://forms.gle/DfWxtJQaUCcfmY7L8) or scan the promo QR code with the required details.
- Provide the following information: full name, address, contact number, email address, waybill number, and a photo of the waybill (JPEG or PNG, up to 100 MB).
- Ensure that the details match the sender or receiver indicated on the waybill.

SCHEDULE AND VENUE OF RAFFLE DRAW: July 3, 2026, 10:00 AM at the Mailtag Head Office. The raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prizes are not convertible to cash but are transferable.
A participant may join multiple times, subject to the number of valid entries submitted. A participant may win only once. In case a participant is drawn more than once, he/she will be awarded the higher-value prize, and another winner will be drawn for the other prize.
Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS within five (5) working days after the raffle draw. For SMS, the airway bill (AWB) number will serve as the special access number to confirm that the message is legitimate. Winners will also be announced on the Mailtag Express International Shipping official Facebook page.
All applicable taxes, including the 20% final withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000, shall be shouldered by Mailtag Express.
Requirements for Claiming of Prizes:
- Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
- Original waybill used for entry
Prizes may be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice at the Mailtag Express Head Office or designated claiming centers. For provincial winners, prizes may be delivered or claimed at the nearest branch, subject to coordination.
Prizes not claimed within the specified period will be forfeited in favor of Mailtag Express upon prior approval from DTI.
